AI Doctor (“we”, “us”) operates the health-guidance service at aidoctor.pk, delivered over WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- Your WhatsApp number — to identify you and reply to you.
- Your messages — the text, voice notes, and photos you send, and the guidance we send back.
- Health-profile details you choose to share — such as a family member’s age, gender, or an existing condition, so guidance is more relevant.
- Basic usage information — for example how many questions you ask per day, to keep the service fair and running.
We do not ask for your name, address, ID, or payment information.
3. How we use your information
- To understand your question and provide health guidance in your language.
- To check for possible emergencies and direct you to urgent care when needed.
- To remember your family profiles and recent context so you don’t have to repeat yourself.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Service providers we use
To make AI Doctor work, your messages are processed by trusted third parties, each under their own terms:
- Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — to send and receive your WhatsApp messages.
- Google (Gemini) — to understand questions and images and generate guidance.
- Groq (Whisper) — to transcribe your voice notes into text.
We share only what is needed to answer your question, and never more than necessary.
5. Where your data is stored
Your conversations and profiles are stored on our secure server. Voice notes and photos you send are stored as files linked to your account so we can process them and, where helpful, refer back to them.
6. Your rights & choices
- Delete everything, anytime. Send “delete my data” (or “میرا ڈیٹا حذف کریں”) on WhatsApp. After a confirmation step, we permanently erase your profiles, conversations, and media.
- Change your language by sending “language”.
- Stop using the service at any time — simply stop messaging.
7. Children
Adults may ask questions about children in their care. The service is intended to be used by adults.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
